About the Host

For many years, Adrienne Benton led from a place of strength on the outside and survival on the inside.


With over 17 years of experience leading cross-continental teams, she knew how to perform, produce, and carry responsibility well.

But beneath the titles and achievements, she found herself overfunctioning, overgiving, and quietly questioning whether leadership had to feel this heavy.


The turning point came when she realized that confidence doesn’t come from doing more, it comes from knowing who you are and leading from that place.

Through her own journey of reconnecting with faith, identity, and purpose, Adrienne began leading differently with clarity, boundaries, and a calm, secure presence. That shift didn’t just change how she led; it changed how she lived.
